ITIL live provides you with a snapshot of the key points from the new ITIL V3 books in the form of process flow diagrams and practical templates. Using a template allows you to learn and work through process steps that much quicker.
The templates are a useful guide and can be used as starting point for capturing relevant information. You will be able to customise them and stamp your own corporate identity on them. It serves as a source of inspiration for process improvements ideas.
