ITIL Live: the Knowledge Base
ITIL Live’s Knowledge Base ranges from the specific to the general. It is your source of all-important support materials and information and contains practical know-how and guidance on specific processes, so you can start to implement elements of the framework as and when you need. At the same time, it offers broader reading and research in the form of freely available news articles, white papers, case studies and other useful information.
Prepared by a team of specialists, you’ll find a strong emphasis on functionality. The information is downloadable and templates will be in Word files so you can adapt them easily. Where documents or information has been excerpted, links will direct you to the original source material for purchase or further reading.
All content is linked to specific Main Practice Elements (MPEs) and updated on a regular basis to keep the knowledge base refreshed and current. To keep you up-to-date with the latest guidance and developments, you will be alerted as new documents are added (LINK)
Your contribution
We’re very keen for our users to help us build up the Knowledge Base by submitting white papers, news articles, events listings and case studies. After vetting by the editor, pieces will appear as free content within the Knowledge Base, carrying your own organisation’s logo where appropriate and links to your website.
